Wellbeing in 2024

With the start of the new year, many will consider their relationship with alcohol, food, exercise and other aspects of their daily lives. As each new year begins, I think about potential lifestyle changes but I also acknowledge the pressure that the new calendar year brings. The reality is we can start or stop any activity, at any time. So if you’re feeling pressured to change something in your life on January 1st, but the time just isn’t quite right, then let it go….for now. Come back to it when the time does feel right (sometimes the week after a busy holiday season just isn’t it - and that’s okay).

As for me, I plan to explore a few wellness trends this year. While I don’t have an official timeline in place yet, I am curious about:
